Illustrative use case
Multi-channel sales, one report
All your sales into one report — real profit per channel after every fee.
Problem
Sales reports look good until fees, refunds, delivery charges, marketplace commissions, and payment costs are scattered across separate exports. You can see revenue, but not what you kept.
Solution
We collect the channel exports, reconcile fees and refunds, and build a report that shows true margin by channel, product, period, or location. Instead of stitching CSVs together, you get the answer every time the report runs.
Daily, weekly, or monthly reporting
- Gross sales
- Channel fees
- Refunds
- Product costs
- Match transactions
- Apply fee rules
- Reconcile payouts
- Calculate margin
- Net profit by channel
- Fee breakdown
- Exception list

How we would build it
- Pull sales, fees, refund, product, and payout data from each channel.
- Match transactions across exports so the same sale is not counted twice.
- Apply fee and cost rules to calculate net profit per channel.
- Deliver a dashboard or scheduled report with the views you actually use.
What you get
- Reconciled sales dataset
- Channel margin dashboard
- Fee and refund breakdown
- Scheduled report delivery
This use case is illustrative and the mock uses demo data. The real work uses your systems, your rules and your data.
FAQ
Common questions
Will this break when one of the platforms changes?
No — we build for change. The workflow is monitored and self-healing: when a source changes, it detects the problem and recovers, so a platform update becomes a maintenance event we handle, not a silent gap you discover later.
Do we have to learn a new tool?
No. We connect to the systems you already use and deliver the result where you already work — a synced system, a clean report, an alert. There is nothing new for your team to log into.
Is this a one-off project or something ongoing?
It is a managed service. We build it, monitor it, and keep it running as your platforms and data change — the data has to stay current, so the relationship continues rather than ending at handover.
